his conferences last year and, as a result, met many of the course promoters featured on this site.
Steve's 2-day conference is an ideal event to get a look and feel about these people before committing yourself, full on, so to speak
The format is that each speaker has a 1 hour slot or thereabouts, 50 minutes has to be devoted to content and 10 minutes to selling or promoting their services.
Steve tries to make sure that they offer a discounted or special offer only available at his conference and is reasonably successful in this endeavour.
The reason for writing up Steve so early is that the next buy-to-let 2-day conference is on the 18-19 April 2009 close to Heathrow London
Cost, and well worth it, £ 297 per place or £ 397 for a couple, can be unrelated, this includes food, breakfast, lunch & supper plus light refreshments throughout the 2 days.

Also on the weekend we attended, most of the speakers also stayed overnight so we were able to spend a lot more time with them than is usually the case.
Steve also negotiates a special rate with the hotel so if your are going to stay overnight use his introduction.
Well organised, good location, good content and well worth the money can I say more other than we are an affiliate.
Steve also runs a series of Internet & Entrepreneur Conferences of which I have no experience but should be good value.
He is, by the way, an investor so knows a bit about buy to let and promotes the Northern Property Network, 1st Tuesday of the Month at the George Hotel Huddersfield.
